In July 2012, at the Redhill Magistrates’ Court, a trader was fined for offences under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to the sale of alcohol to a person under the age of 18.
In June 2012, at the Staines Magistrates’ Court, for possession and exposure for sale of counterfeit wine a trader was fined.

In October 2011, at the Guilford Crown Court, a market trader sentenced to 150 hours of unpaid work and a confiscation order was made in the sum of £128,000 for offences of selling counterfeit goods under the Trademarks Act 1994.
