Andrew Henley is sensational!
I had got into a fix and was not sure where to go for advice. The Internet provided the usual roster of faceless firms and ‘remote’ lawyers. And then there was Andrew Henley. He told me straight that he was not cheap; that there were very competent and cheaper options he could point in my direction. He also told me who to avoid. He sugar-coated nothing in terms of likely outcomes. He was pragmatic, realistic, reassuring and serene. I did not expect serenity to be so important but from time-to-time as I went into meltdown his composure and calm were a huge help. Without him, I am not sure how I would have coped through the process.
Why so good?
We had a fully comprehensive, preliminary meeting – no stone left un-turned.
He answered all my calls.
He was forbearance personified in dealing with my stream of ranting, self-pitying text messages.
…..But most of all……
When I got to court I knew my lawyer and he knew me. He understood me – my remorse; my shame; my fears. I can tell through first-hand experience that most – if not all – of the lawyers I saw in the court ante-room were meeting their clients for the first time – probably the first time they actually spoke to each other.
On the day itself there were some last-minute ‘twists and turns’ that could have had a severely detrimental impact upon my case. Andrew handled these mini crises with complete aplomb.
I left the courtroom with a penalty and sanction (all deserved) way, way below the magistrates suggested guidelines?
Why? I had a barrister who knew how to present a case in a Magistrate’s court; who knew how the court worked and who knew how to authentically represent his client.
I realize that I am biased and that some of the emotion of the whole two weeks is starting to re-appear in these words. However, I don’t care. Andrew Henley is the consummate professional and I would recommend him to all-comers. You most certainly get what you pay for.

As a family man, business professional and believer in doing the right thing I searched across many sites for a solicitor & lawyer to represent me in court.
