If you have received a Magistrates’ court summons or have been charged or are being investigated, Andrew will be able to help defend you.
FEES
Fixed fee:
For a single hearing in a plea of guilty in a local Magistrates’ Court:
The conference and preparation is £900.
To attend the hearing is £3,000.
Hourly rate:
In all other circumstances, including appearances in the Crown Court, the hourly rate is £400. Subject to the nature of the work involved, a fixed fee may be cheaper then an hourly rate.
Courts Martial
As service to my ex. colleagues in the Military, I accept instructions under the Military Legal Aid scheme.
International Criminal Courts
I will accept instructions under the Tribunal legal assistance scheme.
