Two such examples where he has been successful are:

In April 2011, he represented a client at the Southwark Crown Court on an appeal against the revocation of a shotgun certificate. He is pleased to say that the appeal was successful and the shotgun certificate was returned.

In January 2012, he represented a client at the Basildon Crown Court on an appeal against the revocation of a shotgun certificate. Again, the appeal was successful.
