Andrew Henley covers all areas of privately funded crime, from representation at the police station to trials in the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal. This includes: fraud; regulatory/compliance; serious crime; police disciplinary; courts martial; serious assaults; and theft/alleged dishonesty. Our highly experienced advocate, who has 20 years’ experience in the London Crown Courts, also has rights of audience at one of the tribunals in The Hague. He also has experience of representing clients in Courts Martial, and is qualified to represent clients in regulatory hearings. He has recently advised on General Medical Council work, has attended other health professional hearings, and is authorised to represent clients in Police Disciplinary Tribunals Regulatory.
